Artist's Description

Tulips are one of my favorite flowers to paint. I love the abstract shapes and bright colors. This painting started as a wet-in-wet watercolor and when dry I glazed in the petals and leaves. I usually paint my watercolors on either 300 pound or140 pound Arches handmade watercolor paper
